1. Drew (IG: Elsir) and Laura (IG: Kressara) are your moderators. They are the law enforcers and will act accordingly. Please respect them.
2. As this is a constantly operational server, we please ask you to respect other people's builds, including secret ones. If you've found something, please notify the management and we possibly may give you further information. See rule 8.
3. When placed in creative mode you are not permitted to use creative mode for personal gain. The amount of items taken with determine the severity of the punishment.
4. Please DO NOT create a plot without submitting it to the Management first for approval. When it is your turn to run the mod, you will come up with a reason for your character not to be there and you will be granted the title of Storyteller with the Moderators or Admin observing you.
5. NO METAGAMING. You will be allowed AS A PLAYER to read a backstory interaction or a certain RP, but your character will have NO WAY OF KNOWING this information unless told so. Punishment will be determined by the severity of the action.
6. Please keep IG journals so we as moderators can keep tabs of your daily doings and plan plot points surrounding you accordingly. They do not have to be detailed in the slightest. Fail to do so, and your character will unfortunately be ignored for plots.
6A. Upon character completion, one of the moderators will take you to our spawn room where you will be given your own character room and be placed in creative mode. Here, you will design your character's room to best represent them and leave a bookcase to place journals in there as well.
Note: Each journal should roughly be 20 pages.
7. We will be running on a Three strike rule. Three strikes means you are banned for 1 month. Any additional strikes will result in further punishment per the Admin.
8. If you are interested in Build Raiding other people's builds, this must be done IC with the Admin or a Moderator present to marshal. If there is no Admin or Moderator present and this rule is broken, you will be banned immediately. No exceptions.
Build Raiding includes but is not limited to:
Looking inside of personal builds for future exploits.
Looking inside of people's personal chests for future exploits.
Taking build components for personal use.
8a. When Build Raiding with a marshal, the Admin or Mod reserves the right to note what items have been taken from who. The Admin/Mod reserves the right to confiscate items.
8b. All plot items are considered to be theft proof unless specifically noted by the Management.
9. Herobrine reserves the right to call one "power of suggestion" per session per character and are heard by your character as your own conscience. Ignoring this suggestion could lead to dire character consequences. You have been warned.
10. You may not travel to another factions land when the current PC ruler is not IG. You may not attack another faction when there are PC's available to represent their faction. Breaking this rule will result in an immediate strike.
11. When Lay On has been called for the Module, you must remain In Character until Hold is called. Permission to go Out of Character must be obtained by the Admin/Mods and will be shown in double brackets (( )). Breaking this rule will result in one warning followed by a strike for the second offense.
12. If PvP has occurred, the offender may not go OoC until Hold has been called. Failure to do so will result in an immediate strike.
If you are unable to stay online, you must notify the Admin/Mods of your actions so that further IC actions can be dealt with during the following session.
13. When choosing a skin, please refrain from using pop culture icons. This include video games, movies, tv shows etc. This will help us with immersion, as we are already playing Minecraft.
14. All players will remain in Survival Mode unless specifically asked by the Admin/Mods to work in Creative Mode. There will be no exceptions.
15. If you wish your character to have specific powers, you must notify the Management to get the power approved. Blatantly broken abilities will be denied. (Ergo: “I can make myself invisible when I want to so I can steal things”) Abilities like 'visions' are considered meaningless from a plot perspective unless we give the vision ourselves.
16. All RP has to happen on either the Server or the Forums, any that happens via another medium (Facebook, Skype, text etc) will not count and any references to any RP that happens in these mediums will be considered non-applicable.
16a. If you have an RP sessions on Facebook and attempt to use knowledge gained through that in the game you will be told you do not have that knowledge as the RP did not happen.
